Big D & Bubba

Big D & Bubba immediately hit it off, both on and off the air, and quickly became known for their comedic talents. After huge success, the two decided to leave their radio station and were immediately hired to work at cross-town rival WYNK - FM (Country).

The Big D & Bubba "Candid Phone Calls" became legendary. Country music singers, comedians and bands began frequently requesting tapes of their show. It was through all of this correspondence with "The Famous People" that they became friends with many of them. Not too bad for a couple good-'ol small town boys. The two decided to take the show to other towns and that's how they eventually ended up doing their morning show up and down the dial, all across America!
